That's crazy. Imagining once he was crushed, all his internal organs from the crush spot were forced upwards into his chest and head. like if you have a water balloon and put a pen on it, you see the water inside gets pushed and the balloon (human skin/tissue) expands to accommodate the squishiness the pen causes same as the chimney on his body
