So much wrong here! Poor lady is in obvious need of immediate medical attention and a half hour later she's still laying on the sidewalk...with an ambulance parked nearby not attending to her but just sitting inside. Then once they confront the dumb fuck that ran her over his body language suggests he's indignant over the fact that she's laying in the middle of the sidewalk he's trying to drive on...and less concerned about the lady who was ran over.
