Happened in on April 14, 2022 around 10:49 am in Tver, Russia
Ambulance crashed into Mitsubishi Pajero on an intersection of Prospekt Volokolamskiy and Ulitsa A. Fadeyeva. Mitsubishi had green light but ambulance had sirens.
Becouse of the accident two people died - 60 years old ambulance driver died on spot (1st aftermath video) and female pedastrian died in the hospital. Five people were injured - 23 years old Mitsubishi driver, two ambulance passengers, and three pedestrians (one died).

Definitely the ambulance drivers fault. They're supposed to make sure the intersection is clear, even with lights and sirens. That's one reason EMS has 2 people a lot, so one can tell the driver if the intersection is good to go, and also radio in any new information while still on the way to a scene.

Ambulances are of course supposed to be quick responders, but the ones I see don't just slam through intersections like that. They slow down a bit when approaching intersections for this exact reason

When I see ambulances cross an intersection they've always slowed down and treated it like a cautious yield. I live next to a gas station where one or two hang out for calls so I get to see them often.
