Two bikers crashed head on into cars [Full Video + Informations]

I've seen clip from this video reposted like a thousand times, together with unrelated photo and untrue backstory. Here is what actually happened.

Happened on May 1st, 2017, around 8 pm at outskirts of Ulyanovsk, Russia

On 15 kilometer of route Saransk - Surskoye - Ulyanovsk, an accident occured. Two bikers (brothers) from Baratayevka district of Ulyanovsk, aged 46 and 36, crashed head on into two cars - Renault Logan (first car) and Honda CRV (second car, with dashcam).

Three people died - both bikers and 71 years old driver of Renault. One person got injured - 58 years old Renault passenger.

One of the bikers was identified as Yuri Aleksandrovich Lyapukhov and the second as his brother - Vladimir Lyapukhov.
