There's a shocking lack of common sense and situational awarness around automobiles when it comes to asians, especially elderly ones.
This is a comment that'll hurt the feelings of some of the more sensitive users here but it's just true. If you drive in major cities old asians will just step into traffic, expecting everyone to just see and stop around them.
