Back story:
A large group of friends and family were gathered on the third story of a building celebrating a marriage with music, dancing and the usual. Then the marriage, turned into a massacre when the floor caved in, and the group fell all the way to the first floor, breaking every previous floor in the process. The hall was within capacity limit, so what happened was the third floor was originally going to be the roof, but some idiot decided to add an extra floor. Roofs can’t hold up as well as floors (as far as holding people). 23 deaths, and 380 wounded. Most of them serious wounds.
