"dead wife" She's clearly still breathing and moving. She may have died later on, but saying that she was dead in this video is incredibly misleading.
Can we have any context, by the way? Did an object or projectile fly into the car through the passenger side window? Was she gunned down by a shotgun or something? Did she live through extensive surgical procedures, or did she ultimately die before or after paramedics arrived? I'm so curious.

Oh wow! That's crazy. Yeah, it looks like her face needed reconstruction and tons of stitches, but it's likely she survived unless she lost too much blood or went into shock. Bless her soul... that must've been so scary.
