In irgendeinem Provinzkrankenhaus mit derartig schweren Verletzungen bist du verloren und leider muss ich aus eigener Erfahrung sagen das er unter Umständen nicht mal mit Schmerzmittel versorgt ist und dazu kommt das da noch gerne herumexperimentiert wird was der Mensch alles aushalten kann bevor er stirbt ,ich habe so etwas selber erlebt spreche also aus Erfahrung ,allein wie die Aufnamen entstanden sind und das sie im Netz für Jedermann zu finden sind spricht doch schon Bände.

tl;dr:

In this case, all the surgeons could do was to stitch up the deep and severe wounds in his face. Although some clinicians on the Net say that a good ENT could patch this kid up, this poor guy could not be saved. All the surgeons were able to do was keep him alive in the ICU for two days before he died. The death was due to spinal fracture and in particular severe internal bleeding in the brain.

As soon as I saw his footing slip, I knew it was over…but that’s super fucking brutal. He looked just like the bloke who shot his face off with a shotgun, but survived to steam in the ambo.

When jumping off a slippery ledge you should ensure you push off the lip of the ledge, do not rely on friction between your foot and the ledge surface - because, as demonstrated here, your foot can easily break traction with the surface and you’ll slip off rather than jump.
