from his uniform and backpack it seems like he is a student somewhere in southeast asia, he is wearing white pants which means he is in high school, and he is wearing uniform with batik pattern which means that this is happend on thursday or friday
from the video we can see that there are two fences, one is the green fence and one is the big concrete, the green fence is usualy a decoration and the concrete is the school's fence/gate
usualy when a student is late or want to ditch school they usualy climb the fence and hope that nobody notice them
it seems like the boy is late or not feeling like studying that day so he try to climb the fences but fails and dies

as someone that live near a school somewhere in southeast asia i can see it from miles away, he is wearing the most multiversal school uniform, the bagpack, the shoes, the unform's pattern
the most sad part i see is that he is wearing white pants, which means he is in high school, which means he is somewhere around 15-year-old to 18-year-old, bro just barely start his life :(
