Always a breath of fresh air to see bystanders assist and not just standing around with their phones out. Glad they could help even just a bit to maybe prevent further damage. Rip that foot though

Not only did he help, he actually knew what to do. It’s a WPD miracle!

Great triage by the guy, 9.6/10. Only notes are that you want to use a stick or bar to wind the tourniquet tighter, but in this scenario it's fine to give a pass. Ace.

I'm surprised everybody is so happy with it. I didn't think this was very good. How would there be enough pressure to prevent blood flow? (came to learn something)

Tbh im really glad that a random bystander know what to do when a serious accident happened, and this fella knows how to make a tourniquet with a piece of cloth too

I dunno why but I find it crazy that somehow his shoe managed to stay on his foot even when his leg couldn’t stay attached to his body

Probably was tied on tight and weird thing is skin rips easier than fabric so im assuming his foot would come off before his shoe but thats all just what i think
