Two Chinese toddlers are killed after climbing into a CEMENT MIXER while playing on a construction site by themselves.
Two toddlers left unattended by their parents have reported been killed after climbing into a cement mixer in south-west China.
The two girls, both three years old, were playing on a construction site in Guang'an city, Sichuan Province, when the tragedy occurred on April 7, 2017.
They cement mixer, which had been left idle, was accidentally turned on when the girl clambered onto the machine, Chinese media reported.
Government official said they climbed into the mixer which was still plugged in.
They had switched on the machine as they climbed into it.
One girl died at the scene while another died after doctors at the Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College failed to save her.

Why should the onus of responsibility fall on anyone other than the parents, or whoever the guardians are? If anything, if the cement mixer is damaged the parents should pay up.
