This happened in South Africa. I think it happened in Gauteng province but I could be wrong. If it wasn't Gauteng then this was Durban in KZN. SAPS shot the car up and the guy filming I believe is a cop. He is deff of indian descent so trust me he hates black people. Good on them though. I don't need a court room or evidence to tell you these guys were hijackers. White polo is always the vehicle hijaking rings go for.
