This is how stores in some downtown big American cities should treat those scumbags who race into the store 50 people at a time, and CLEAN OUT THE SHELVES.

Some of you may know, that some major store chains are closing down inner city stores because of massive losses to shoplifting - and the cops do nothing because shoplifting under $1,000 is now not a priority.
