I think this is probably insurance fraud. Typical for a heart attack would be grabbing the left side of the chest, shoulder or neck/jaw and I don’t think he’d have time to get off the bike, set it down, and fall gently. I’m pretty sure there’s other videos on here of people having heart attacks, and they fall like a ton of bricks.
