They are speaking romanian, however, they seem to talk over each other or at the same time so it's hard to make out what they are saying. The man holding the peace of cloth on the wounded guy says "You did this and now you are calling a taxi?!" To which a women replies indicating that she was the so called "stabber". It's hard to make out what they are saying after this point on but I could also make out a bunch of swear words and buzz words including a moment they are talking about the arival of an ambulance.
