OMG, he does it ALL THE TIME !

You might not see it if you are a Trump supporter.

He accused Biden of corrupting the justice system and blames Biden for the charges against him, because Trump assumes Biden is behaving the Trump did when he was president. Trump tried to go after his opponents using the justice system.

Even the shameless Bill Barr thought what Trump was trying to do was too much.
