In these 2 days alone more than 5 people have died due to some fights and accidents.

This person was arguing with the murder, the argument escalated quickly and ended up in the murder shooting the pathetic guy.

If they do effective chest compressions, wounds will bleed again. It's why we place tourniquets, pack wounds with trauma gauze, and place pressure dressings, and in some cases administer blood products while doing CPR. The compression machines (LifeArm, Lucas, LifeBand) will actually get a blood pressure.
