These kinds of videos make homes/apartments on corner lots and street ends stand out to me when I see them.

I’m always thinking they need some kind of ornamental boulders or other features to stop these crazy drivers.

A lot of homes positioned dangerously near roads actually do have subtle barriers; usually large rocks, a trench, or bollards installed in a hedge. Funniest one I've seen was lights positioned and spaced designed to look like oncoming headlights at night.

Reminds me of the snowman built on a tree stump - some low life tried to run it over lmao

I love that story! Wrecked his truck but tried to run. Ended up leaving his license plate behind at the scene. What a dumbass.

I have a friend that had this sort of thing happen, truck went through corner of his apartment and just missed 2 kids playing but it pinned the grandmother between the couch and the wall. and the truck had rolled over so it spilled alot of oil into the apartment. all the bottom floor apartments couldnt be occupied for over a month because oil and water went into all apartments on that floor. My friend just had apartment damage from the oil, he wasnt the one that got directly hit.

Something similar happened to one of my cousins. An SUV drove through his living room right over the toy box his 3 yr old twins were just playing at a few minutes prior before he put them to bed. One of the twins is special needs, he was a young single father, and they couldn’t live in their house for about a year while waiting on repairs to get completed. Luckily nobody was physically hurt…but the craziest part (next to having an SUV come through your living room ) was the driver happened to be our baby cousin’s toxic abusive boyfriend. He didn’t know that was our cousin’s house until after so it wasn’t intentional. I can’t remember all the details but I don’t believe he was under the influence, but was driving pissed off because he was fighting with our baby cousin…and if I remember correctly this was how we started to find out he was abusive. He played the devoted respectful boyfriend part well in front of family before this.

If I was there I would have spit on that fat dead dude. The whole thing was his fault in the first place. If he was outside doing a daily regimented workout then the driver could have seen him and avoided the building.

Instead, we had to waste valuable resources on letting tardo gourgr himself. Good riddance!

No, the car weighs anywhere from 3,300 to 4,500lbs (1,500kg - ~2,000kg)

It’s a joke homie. I drive a 10,300lb/4,600k surplus military Humvee as my daily, which could easily drive through a house and out the other side - so, believe me, I get it — but on a side note, if you look closely at the shot when he’s right up at the house, those bricks are about HALF as wide as normal bricks, AND they’re hollow!

Umm.. my daily is a ‘79 VT-55A — About 35 tons or so with current equipment. Not a combat vehicle but it can probably drive through a brick or two

I had to look that one up - do you seriously drive a tank? Haha. I want pictures! This is mine. Should’ve seen it when I bought it, it had no doors and fuckin’ bees in it haha. Sanded, painted, and completely restored the entire thing myself, as my first car project ever.
