Actually this is happening more often. I have no information about Russia in this regard. But I have heard that less and less parents bother to afford swimming lessons for their children and less and less kids play outside to learn it naturally. So as a result the firefighters are called to recover downed children all the time in Summer.

Guilty. My kid is screwed if he has to swim. I teach him what i can. I think we'll hit the lake tomorrow for more lessons.
