Expecting that human meat is probably similar to most mammal in general properties, we can expect this to have a very intense taste. This specimen is certainly much older than most animals when they are butchered in our modern meat industry, which usually means more intense flavour. Also it's smoked, which is always a plus. Somehow I think his meat would be more delicious than it has any right to be and now I feel a little bit ill.
