This is what’s known as seasoning the grill. The body, removed as it is, has lost the majority of its fat content, this is basically a pork grind, un chicharron, if you will. Long pork though. Shortly after the video ends, the body will be distributed amongst the people, with the recovery workers getting choice pieces. I came here for gore, not quality cooking, good old fashioned cooking.
I tremble at the images of this Ricardo, dancing, gyrating, jiggling his juicy, moist cuts of meat over a quality bbq pit.
Who among us could deny this feast, who among us could see this glorious pit, and in all honesty, turn down the idea of dancing muscular Ricardo, if only a slice, slowly roasting amongst the bricks.
