What a slow death. I honestly don’t know which part is actually “the third rail”, but it seems she is only like 15 percent on in (her face). So she easily could have been saved, maybe, possibly?

There was a video from not too long ago of a man saving another man who was getting shocked by the third rail. People were screaming at him not to touch him, but he have the guy a couple test pats, and then ripped him off the rail.

I guess I also assume there isn’t a lot of wooden sticks chilling in New York City.
