@Isbsko can help us out, but the info I got is that bulls are holly but cows are holier. You can't kill cows anywhere but there are a couple provinces where bulls can be slaughtered. Technically you could beat them as they are indeed used to plough fields and pulling carts but their abuse might lead to a mob frying your ass
