Another person has lost his life due to the passive functioning of the municipality in the matter of stray cattle. On the other hand, the police have conducted an investigation and sent the dead body to the post mortem.

this is what happens when you don't have any regulations, like a herd of them just walking around lol. We hardly even have any stray cats or dogs where I'm from, you never see them just wandering, if anything they are at an animal shelter

Unfortunately they worship cows so they r not allowed to cage them or kill them. Their r shelters setup for cows but not every town or city can afford to run as they run on donations from the people

Bruh, they export beef, beef is legal in like 9 Indian states. They just don't want to feed the cows properly and let them roam and eat whatever.
