In a way yes cos the elephants available for registration for private use are all born and brought up in captivity so they're used to being around humans and are very calm but the elephants not allowed to be registered are govt property and are born and brought in the wild they don't give a fuck about anyone like the one shown here it's for this exact reason why registration is checked , this one they might have captured from the wild as to avoid paying fees and huge list of SOPs as prescribed by the rules to cut cost and that backfired in a great way, I'm in support of the elephant here I've seen how these fuckers handle the elephants even the gentle ones carelessly and cause it pain
