The man who beat the woman with a hammer on Krasnokokshayskaya Street in Kazan did this after she refused to grant him a loan. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to investigators, in December 2022, a 54-year-old accused — resident of Mari El — contacted one of the microcredit organizations in Kazan with his cohabitant to get a loan. There they paid 100 thousand rubles for the provision of services and entered into an agreement. But in the end, after considering the application, the man was refused a loan. He had a fight with a 36-year-old employee of the organization, tried to have the 100 thousand rubles returned, but was refused and decided to punish the woman.
As a result, on January 26 in the evening, he tracked down a woman in his car who refused to issue a loan, waited for her near the house and inflicted « multiple blows » with a hammer. After that, he disappeared. The woman died a few hours later in intensive care. The attacker went to Mari El, where he was detained by Tatarstan police.
