For those who wonder why they hit him. They are obviously part of a cartel and most likely the person getting their ass kicked is a "puntero" In other words, they have the job of notifying where the police or those of the rival cartel are, usually when they do not do their job well they are punished in this way, they have the opportunity to have only 1 mistake And this is the punishment next time they usually kill them
