Not sure if it's the fall tbh watching the clip again, it looks like his back broke the fall first since he was thicc and his head only fell after like 1-2 inches off the ground.

You could be right. Here, I've zoomed in and slowed down this video. It hard to tell if the frame missed a back of the head slap on the ground. However, this frame suggests that he did. That gray area under his head looks like a motion blur captured by the camera.
I suspect he did hit the back of the head hit. However, it also looks like his second punch landed on the side of the head, potentially hitting the carotid artery. So I cannot rule out some complication due to hitting the neck or carotid. If he died due to the punch, it was because he had some additional health issue. He might have suffered a stroke or heart attack, for example. Much less likely would be a broken neck or ruptured carotid artery. In any case, it would be extremely unlikely for a healthy person to die from this kind of hit.

Where did he punch him? I'm curious if to the side of the head, to the neck or throat. It's unlikely a person would die from one punch anywhere else. In any case, it would probably be in conjunction with some other health problem.
