Shit was too crazy, I had to research it. Basically the man with the stick and the man being beaten are both career criminals and deal in land disputes, and they had a disagreement which lead to this. Apparently the man and his wife went to hospital for treatment of something unrelated, and when the man with the stick and his goons found out, around 12 of them rushed the hospital to attack them. Which is why no security shows up, they're being actively held back by ten or so people. They stabbed the wife who died immediately, the man was sent to another hospital but died from his injuries. Whack
