It happened in September 2020 in polish town Wieluń. I know each of the attackers.

During night 18 September 2020 a group of young people (18-24 years old) drunk alcohol (and probably drugs) in a town park. About 21:30 they noticed two people sitting on a bench. I'm not sure who started the argument but after a short exchange they started to fight. It was 3 vs 2 and some more people just watched it. These 2 guys had no chance so they decided to run away but then Nikodem (a person from video) chased their and hit one of them fatally.
Next day 4 of the people were arrested (2 of them have proven their innocence) but Nikodem run away to Netherlands and he hid there for a next few months but he also was arrested by dutch police and sent back to Poland. I met Nikodem a few times and he is not a very nice type of person, also he was addicted to MDMA.
The victim Emil Peliński (37 years old) was father of disable child so the attackers became public enemies. There were even some marches against violence in the town.
Verdicts:
Nikodem: 14 years in prison
2nd attacker: 5 years in prison
3rd attacker: 2 years and 10 months in prison
they also have to pay 240k PLN (60k USD) to the family of the victim
I don't want to tell you their names because I know them very well and they aren't criminals, they're just stupid.

When we were little younger, me and my friends did stupid shit but not THIS kind of stupid.
Both of these fuckers should got atleast 15-20 years and pay the family for the rest of their useless lifes... Something similiar is happenning in Czechia right know. Some proffesional no brain mma fighter that was drunk asf beat up random guy on the street. Guy is still in the coma (almost 12days) and will most likely die. And that cunt is only looking at 5-8 years. Fuck this justice system
