This is creepy. How is this a prison and nobody was monitoring this. They just get to roam around in street clothes?

Btw, I thought they didn't behead people that are bold or have short hair. Then they can't hold their head up. They kinda got do 2 hands and it doesn't look as cool. At least that's what Louis Szekeley says.
