Since a lot of people seem to want context, here you go:
Language: Scottish, specifically Glaswegian - the most unbearable Scottish dialect. Everyone in Scotland outside of Glasgow hates Glasgow, for their accents, and their behaviours. This is why.
Why the assault: They're continually assaulting this individual in order to receive his PIN for his bank card, to which he keeps withholding. It's likely that this wasn't their initial aim, but they may be asking for this information whilst they're torturing and beating him anyway, as it may be due to money being owed.
Why stab him in the ass: This is a common tactic of intimidation, mutilation and humiliation, particularly within Glasgow. Not only is is exceedingly painful and embarrassing for 'street cred' and regarding treatment, the damage may be significant enough to land the victim with a colostomy bag, as they may not be able to pass stool naturally in the aftermath. Again, Glasgow is widely despised outside of Glasgow for a reason.

I mean, something like a quarter of Scotland speaks Scottish/Scots, but the primary language is English, which is what these lads were speaking in with a very heavy accent.
