My assumption is that they are social media streamers staging this attack for clicks and engagement. The biker didn't react to the prankster getting on the bike, only the humping. The “stabbing” was weak. I don't think I'd fall to the ground if that happened to me, but rather fight or flight. Nobody stepped in when the biker was walking with the knife out, but the moment he was “stabbed” ponytail guy became a hero. Prankster was keen to show the blood. Riding away, prankster looks to be passing out, but he knows to keep his legs extended and off the road, away from the wheels.
