That dude was known as el siri. He was just another disposable pawn (sicario/hitman) that was captured by their enemies and was given a slow and painful death. It's such a shame the video ended right before the money shot tho
I've noticed that, despite this video has been reposted lots of times, no one ever mentions that el siri managed to say a last prayer as he was getting flayed and disemboweled:
"Dios te salve María, llena eres de gracia. El Señor es contigo. Bendita eres entre todas las mujeres y bendito es el fruto de tu vientre Jesús", and then he let out a painful "Dios" at the end
