Two men, who according to information from people who work close 
to the scene 
of the incident, were homeless 
people, got involved 
in a fight, and one of them, the 28-year-old, whose name has not been revealed, used a pointed piece of pottery, and at the time of the fight, he struck several blows to his opponent's neck, causing him to not resist and after staggering out, he fell on the sidewalk where 
he died in moments after suffering 
the blows. The other man who committed the murder, on the other hand, was arrested 
and arrested 
by (Present Security) police 
who were passing near the site of the confrontation between 
the two. A fire department car was triggered 
and attended the scene, but the individual was already lifeless. The motives for the crime are yet to be revealed by investigations.

After watching this video, I think the best thing he could've done in that situation was to stay in the middle of the road to stop traffic (as long as traffic is moving slowly enough). That way people are essentially forced to get out of their cars and try to assist.
