I despise machete kills, shotgun execution or any murder that disfigures the victim's face. Atleast let their family look at their perfectly fine looking dead face at the time of mourning.

Ofcourse I don't condone murder but imagine someone slashes your dad or son and turns their face into a mushy red pulp with sharp edged white fragments sticking out. You would have wished they were gutted or shot in the torso atleast to have a decent funeral or slight chances of survival.
