Sounds like the guy is on a face chat & someone daring him to assault someone so he sees the old lady at a food truck I'm guessing, & knocks her down &slits her throat then he runs off &is breathing &talking about "thrill" or "rush" he got doing that - sick guy

He probably thought that in some absurd way this made him look hard or tuff as though he had reached a new level of manliness, when in actual fact he looks feeble and predatory I’ve seen more dangerous custard’s!, by hitting an old, vulnerable, weak woman from behind!, he has achieved fuck all and will forever be known as a cruel, sadistic bully who butchers old defenceless women.
My only hope is that while he’s in prison he gets arse fucked against his will by a gang of men and it’s during this daisy chain gang bang that he first feels the malignant tumour that is ravaging his colon.
