Sounds like the guy is on a face chat & someone daring him to assault someone so he sees the old lady at a food truck I'm guessing, & knocks her down &slits her throat then he runs off &is breathing &talking about "thrill" or "rush" he got doing that - sick guy

This has to be one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. Primarily due to the motives of the killer and the nature of the victim. Poor fuckin grandma man, she was minding her own damn business. I'm lucky enough to still have one of my grandmas around and the thought of that happening to her is indescribable.
