It all happened near the city administration. There, three guys argued with another one, the argument concerned the situation in Ukraine. Without resolving the issue with words, three beat one, and then cut his throat. Who held what position is not specified.

Most people can look at this situation from the outside, glancing in. Regardless of your opinion of the "special operation" in Ukraine, can everyone agree that the whole thing is something orchestrated by the elites, for the benefit of the elites?
