I am absolutely shocked it took as long as it did to retrieve an extinguisher from one of the many surrounding stores and put him out. People to busy taking selfies and recording.

Unless I had one right on the spot, I would have let him burn. How much longer did he live after this? He was for sure dead, allowing him the quicker death appears to be more compassionate.
