The video was titled "The Devil Commander and King of Kings Ending the Zetas." The video begins with a woman beheading a man while he is still alive, at one point with the head in the hand of one of the alleged Zetas, a hitman. issues the following warning:

Two more men are executed, one of them is shot before being decapitated and dismembered, The other man is decapitated while alive and the head is shown at the end of the video.
The video ends with a phrase from one of the hitmen, "This is going to happen to all the bastard dogs that support the Zetas."
