If you die instantly to a gunshot, before you know you've even been shot, do you really die? Although all of your perceptions have come to an end, your last perception was one of “I am still alive”.

Everyone sees this woman die, but from her perspective it's just taking an infinite amount of time for her to think her next thought.

Of course her body started decomposing after but if the death was truly instant she pretty much had no idea what happened. She died still probably thinking about her next sentence to get herself out of the situation. Although her body was dying her mind never accepted death. Freaky
