The men are members of the Los Zetas cartel. One of the men asks the women about their connections with a rival cartel known as CDG (aka the Gulf Cartel). After a moment of conversation, the blades of the knives and the ax sank into the women's necks. After the execution, all the bodies were carefully chopped into pieces.
