Im from Mexico and have live in the drug culture here.
First of all, this poor guy did not necessarily do ANYTHING to DESERVE this torture.
Persons in the cartels are terribly ignorant, often addicted people who if you cant see for yourself are inherently EVIL.
Ive met them, known their families. They are a waste of breathing space. They are not what you call "gang" members.
This is not to gain honor or respect. They enjoy doing it. Most likely this guy was one of their freinds.
Please do not glorify these animals.

I was always fascinated how commenters always make up accusations towards the victim to ''excuse'' the torture.
Isn't that exactly what those murderers do? Find shitty excuses to justify these actions?
No one deserves to die like this, period. There are no ''but if's''. You don't need to make up shitty excuses to cope with this horror.
Sometimes it's better to just say ''I don't know why this happened'' than believe strangers on the internet that were not there either.
