Its the liver lol 😆 But if you watch enough beheading videos you start to notice little twitches in the face that indicate ( to what level, I'm not sure, and hope to never find out) that the head can live for a while after beheading. I think it has to do with the amount of blood in the head ( and so fast beheadings increase time alive).
