The shooter said “CV vai morrer aqui no Paraná, caralho”. CV (Comando Vermelho) is a faction in Brazil. The other guy also said “Tudo três” quoting the PCC (Primeiro Comando da Capital) faction. This video is in Brazil and it’s about faction war.
(unrelated but: i have one of the worst fevers ive ever had.... 111 degree f and eveey part of my body is aching, i can barley move lol)
