I've always wondered how vehicles and infantry almost never notice TOW missiles flying straight at them, is there no sound? Is it hard to spot although its pretty much glowing

The back is glowing, not the front. Also, the speed of sound is 343 ms/s, while a TOW flies at 278–320 m/s.

Not the same speed or faster, but pretty damn close. So they can probably hear something, but they either don't care or don't know what it is.

Especially since I doubt all too many people have been on the receiving end of a TOW missile and picked out the sound it's making more than once, maybe twice if they're lucky.

Ah alright, thank you.

I'm guessing there's atleast some kind of noise while it's flying towards them, like a rocket falling, but probably not as loud.

Yeah. I just watched a video of some dudes getting hit with an air strike, and you can hear the missile coming in, but just for long enough to know you're about to get completely fucked.

Obviously it's a different situation, but I feel like you get enough warning to say "Oh shit" and then you're paste.

I've experienced bombing before and can definetly tell you that there's just enough time to have your last few thoughts before it hits, and then you piss your pants when it didn't hit you.

According to Google, wet means "covered or saturated with water or another liquid." Since water molecules touch each other naturally as they move, and because there are always (99.999999%) more than a few molecules, they naturally shift and cover each other as they move.

In other words, water is wet. Checkmate mf
