I don't believe in any of that, but it does definitely look very weird...
What do you think happened with those people? Epileptic Seizures?

The lady on the bus could've been a diabetic seizure. I have type I diabetes and when the blood sugar gets way low strange things can happen. Hallucinations, seizures, etc. The others all look over their shoulder to the right and then drop which is fucking weird.

Its due to the specific type of seizure theyre suffering. The head turning is characteristic of versive seizures
