I don't care if he's mainstream, I fuckin love Jack Stauber. I highly recommend checking out his 2013 album Finite Form. Particularly the the songs Smooth, and Ms. Led. He was only 17 when he wrote and produced the whole album, and it came out before he fully leaned into the "micro pop" style of music he's known for these days. It's a bit more contemporary/serious and a bit less zany than his newer stuff, but it still feels like him y'know?
