From our angle, it's easy to tell. The shooter just see's someone peeking around the corner, and they're probably a couple hundred yards away. They probably didn't see the camera, and definitely didn't see their attire. In a city with a few thousand armed men, and maybe a few dozen cameramen, you'd bet the guy peeking was a gunman.
